helpful staffgood roomlarge hotel
robert and yooauf were helpful with directions to hong kong airport. they made everything clear. the room was good. kerry was also very helpful. the hotel is large, so walking takes energy.
i noticed a slight cigarette smell inside the hotel.

check-in was quick. the check-in area features a beautiful louvre style. the eiffel tower view from my room was great. the hotel connects to the venetian and four seasons. i also received complimentary access to the eiffel tower model's seventh floor (a definite highlight!).
the walk from the lobby to my room felt quite long.

there are several food options available, but i mostly walked to the venetian for meals. the food court seemed underutilized. it might benefit from more variety or updated offerings (perhaps some local cuisine!).

clean pooleasy accessrainfall shower
the pool area was great i noticed it was clean and well kept the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions the room i stayed in featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower i found this particularly useful. i also appreciated the complimentary shuttle buses from the port the eiffel tower observation deck was free for everyone so i took advantage of that.
the signage to the rooms was not well placed it was a bit confusing to locate my room.
